Early Treatment protocol for a healthy New Year 2022

For my first post I thought I would provide a list of early treatment options that I have on hand and you may find useful.
I have sent this list to family and friends.My sister just recently came down with Covid over Christmas, she has diabetes one and used some of the protocol I have posted below. She has survived with no lasting damage or long Covid. I have done some research from various sites who provide protocols for early treatment as well as my own.
Now more than ever our health is our wealth and something we have power over.

I don’t have have everything on the list, I have chosen some based on my own needs.
First line of defence:
If I think I have been exposed or been around alot of people:
Oregano Oil ( gargle as a mouthwash with wayer) x 3 to x 6 a day.
Or Betadine throatspray. or mouthwash/Listerine
Diffuser with essential oils, I have a thieves oil blend at home and I have drops of oregano oil and thieves oil blend in a sprizter bottle with some sterilized water.
Betadine nasal spray or saline rinse neti pot to flush out viral load.
Supplements:
Vitamin D3 w/K2 (Vitamin K2 can also be found in green leafy vegetables, helps body absorb Vitamin D along with Magnesium) *Vitamin K2 is not to be confused with K1 (which is blood thinning)
- Quercitin (bio available is the best) *take separately from Ivermectin as it may interfere with efficacy. FLCCC makes reference to this. Also not to be taken long term and check adverse reactions.
OR
-Green Tea Extract -“EGCG”: may affect some people, please research. Not to be taken long term, check for adverse reactions.
(Both Quercitin and EGCG work as a Zinc Ionophores they help Zinc to enter the cells and stop viral replication, so take one or the other w/ Zinc and Vitamin C)
-Zinc (elemental) W/ Copper
**Please note Zinc strips body of Copper I get a Zinc/Copper formulation or I have a brand by: Sisu, Only Minerals or a Trace mineral liquid.
Other vitamins:
-Multi B vitamin complex (especially B1 Thiamine)
'-Vitamin C (I make sure its a really good brand, helps cells/immune system
-Magnesium Byglicinate (easier on the stomach)
-Selenium

-NAC ( N-Acetyl Cysteine, for lungs) OR Glutathione
-Coenzyme Q10
-Omega 3
-Melatonin (time released is best)
-Turmeric (flavanoids)
-Elderberry

-Reservatol
-Red Algae
-Mushroom blend that helps with the immune system. (Mushrooms have amazing benefits current research is on going)
I take and brand called Immune7 or Complete 360 by Purica. I take it with Vit C and take 2-3 caps x 1 a day if I feel like its needed I take 2 more later on
-Probiotics
-Ivermectin (See FLCCC.net for protocol)
Have on hand: *Check dosages and contradictictions/ reactions
-Antihistamine w/ Loratadine (anti inflamatory)
-Asprin (blood thinner check dosage and contradictions/ warnings)
-Pepcid AC:(Dr.Robert Malone used this to treat himself and is currently doing research trials.
Fresh air, being in Nature, meditation, exercise, good healthy food (lots of veggies), good people. Low stress level.

Also wanted to add, a good nights sleep is very important too! Other things I have read about: Ginko Bilboa , Licorice, Riservatol, Grape seed extract oh and Garlic! Also Onions and Kale are good sources of natural Quercetin!
You may already have these books in your medicine ref library; Stephen Buhners' books Herbal Antivirals and another Herbal Antibiotics (latest ed. include C19 plants) are great essential reference books for me, enjoyably written, meant for laypeople and deep herbalists alike. He goes in depth on mechanisms of the most effective plants for many new resistant diseases. Plants do not encourage viral or bacterial resistance, they have so many constituents that we have not even begun to study.
We may copy or extract just a few of the thousands of constituents of a plant and we wonder why our 'medicine' does not work. Plants are older than we are and they are actually smarter and more sophisticated than we are able to even understand. We are the still new kids on the block.
